These Terms explain the rules for shopping with Dagan Market and using our website.
These Terms govern use of daganmarket.com and purchases from Dagan Market. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms presented at checkout. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling, and our Returns Policy explains returns and refunds. If a term conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection, that protection controls.
You must be at least 18 years old or act with the involvement of a parent or guardian authorized to purchase. Supply accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Protect your login credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse or fraud, subject to applicable law.
Product availability, packaging, colors, and sizes may vary. Photographs are illustrative, and we aim to provide accurate descriptions. Review ingredient labels, allergen warnings, storage instructions, and expiration information on the actual product. Contact us if information is unclear. An order receipt acknowledges submission and does not alone confirm availability or acceptance. We accept an order when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch or make it ready for pickup. If an item is unavailable or an order must be declined for a legitimate reason, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a product or charge extra without your agreement.
Available fulfillment methods, service areas, fees, and estimated timing are displayed at checkout or confirmed before payment. An arrival estimate is distinct from a shipment commitment. For shipped orders we will ship within the stated shipment time, or, if none is stated, within the period required by applicable law, generally 30 days for a properly completed internet order. If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you, seek consent to a delay where required, or cancel and provide a prompt refund as required by law. Tracking is provided when available. Contact us about missing or damaged deliveries; a carrier delivery scan does not prevent review of a valid claim. For pickup, wait for readiness confirmation and bring your order reference.
Contact us promptly for cancellation requests. Changes may be unavailable after preparation or dispatch. The Returns Policy contains eligibility rules, exclusions, instructions, and refund timing. Damaged, spoiled, defective, missing, or incorrect goods are assessed separately from change of mind returns. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory remedies.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, distribute malicious code, or misuse other customers’ information. Website content and branding belong to Dagan Market or their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission or a lawful exception.
Submit only material you have permission to use. Reviews must reflect your experience and must not disclose another person’s private information or contain unlawful content. You retain ownership of your review and grant us permission to display and reproduce it for store review purposes. We may moderate content under consistent rules, but will not suppress a review solely because it is negative. Disclose incentives or material connections when applicable.
We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use where such exclusion is lawful. Tennessee law governs these Terms to the extent it does not displace mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; this clause does not remove any mandatory venue or consumer rights. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class action waiver.
Updated Terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an accepted order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where lawful.
